WHAT’S NEW:
The extensive buffet at Lippulaiva features a wide selection of different dumplings: Japanese fried gyoza, authentic Northern Chinese boiled dumplings, steamed dumplings, fried bao buns and Polish pierogi. Whether your favourite is beef, pork, chicken or vegetarian, you’re sure to find one you love. We mainly use Atria’s high-quality Finnish meat, which is both a tasty and responsible choice.
You can make fresh noodles yourself with our modern noodle machine. There are several wok dishes that change daily, not forgetting sushi and a variety of salads. Desserts, soft drinks and coffee/tea are included in the buffet price.

**Juku Skanssi – Sushi, Dumplings & Noodles 🍣🥟🍜**
Juku Skanssi offers a versatile Asian buffet, which now also includes **fresh sushi**. The sushi is prepared daily at our restaurant and is included in the buffet price.
Juku Skanssi is Finland’s first buffet restaurant where customers can make fresh noodles themselves using a modern noodle machine. With the push of a button, fresh dough is shaped into noodles and drops straight into boiling water – the whole experience is ready in just over a minute. Creating your own steaming bowl of noodles is both a delicious and fun part of the restaurant experience, and it is suitable for guests of all ages.
The buffet also includes delicious wok dishes, a salad bar and a variety of dumplings. We serve Japanese fried gyoza, Northern Chinese boiled dumplings and Polish pierogi. Our selection includes both meat and vegetarian options.
